She Laughed!!!

For the past couple of weeks, Ivy has been making little cackling sounds that we've kind of thought were laughs but weren't totally sure. Last night, there was no doubt. She laughed a real, definitive laugh...TWICE! I was playing with Ivy on our bed and she was smiling and in a great mood. Then, I blew a "fart" noise on her feet and all of a sudden I heard a little "hahaha". Hellooooo....MELT MY HEART. I about died. It was like the cutest thing I've ever heard. I yelled for Dave to come into the room and I did the same thing again and sure enough once again, "hahaha". I was secretly pretty ecstatic that mommy was the one to get her to laugh first but I'm so happy she didn't make a liar out of me and that she did it again for daddy!! We haven't heard it again since last night but if it's anything like her smiling, once she starts, she won't stop!
